Barron Lee
Barron comes from a family that has been in the clothing business since 1927. In the business himself since 1982, it’s in his blood to be a part of this industry. Loving simple, classic lines himself, he is the one to ask when you’re in the market for that timeless suit or sport coat. Don’t let this fool you though, he always likes to kick things up a notch by adding a hit of color.
Working at MacDermott’s since 1999, plus his knowledge and expertise has definitely made him Wayne’s “go to” guy…whether he likes it or not.

Kip Reece
Kip was drawn to the menswear business with MacDermott’s in 2003, with a passion for clothing and anything fashion. His own personal style is very diverse and he is always on the up and up of new trends and style ideas. Because of this, he is great at assisting anyone whether they’re looking for a classic shirt and tie, or a funky t-shirt and jeans. Although, with Hugo Boss being his favorite brand, he will usually lead them there first.
Being a real people person with great customer service skills, Kip has become the resident “nice guy” at MacDermott’s. And boy, do the Gramma’s love him!

Eric Jameson
Eric has always had an eye for fashion, but it wasn’t until 2005 that he decided to give it a go in the retail industry, and has been at MacDermott’s ever since. If anyone had the chance for a look through Eric’s closet, they would quickly realize that he made the right choice, and truly loves being a part of the ever changing world of fashion. Not afraid to take a few fashion risks, the edgy European styles appeal to him most, with Versace being one of his favorite brands.
Always providing some comic relief, the rest of the staff would call him king of the witty one-liners, sure for some good laughs.

Sue Thompson
Sue is the newest addition to the MacDermott’s team, but with working in retail since 1985, she sure isn’t a stranger to the business. Even after so many years in the industry, she still loves what she does. She thrives on the customer service aspect of her job, and believes that forming a relationship with her customers is very important in being able to assist them in finding that perfect outfit. Tommy Bahama is Sue’s favorite brand, because she loves classic and comfortable pieces that never go out of style.
No surprise here, that Sue is the “Tommy Girl”, running MacDermott’s Tommy Bahama store in store. Because she always wants to find the perfect fit, she isn’t afraid to tell you what works and what doesn’t. Ladies, finally someone who’s not afraid to be honest!
